Reservation & Refund Policy

At Get2Peru, we are committed to providing transparent and fair booking conditions for all our guests. Please take a moment to review our reservation and refund policy below:

📝 Reservations

  • To confirm a tour or service, a partial or full payment is required in advance.

  • Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, PayPal, or other secure methods (details will be provided upon request).

  • Once payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email with all tour details and contact information.

🔁 Changes & Modifications

  • Changes to your reservation (such as date, pickup location, or number of participants) must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.

  • We will do our best to accommodate changes, subject to availability.

💸 Cancellations & Refunds

If you need to cancel your reservation:

  • More than 72 hours before the tour: 90% refund (10% retained for administrative and payment processing fees)

  • Between 48 and 72 hours before the tour: 50% refund

  • Less than 48 hours before the tour or no-show: No refund

In case of cancellation by Get2Peru due to weather or operational reasons (e.g., flight cancellation or safety concerns):

  • You will be offered the option to reschedule, or

  • Receive a full or partial refund, depending on the portion of the service affected.

Important Notes:

  • Flights over the Nazca Lines are subject to weather and air traffic control. Delays may occur.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days through the same payment method used.

  • All cancellation or change requests must be made in writing (by email or WhatsApp) to be valid.
