What is your cancellation and refund policy?
We understand that travel plans can sometimes change. If you cancel your reservation at least 48 hours before the scheduled service, you will receive a 50% refund for the portions of the service that are directly provided by Get2Peru.
For services provided by our strategic partners, third-party suppliers, transportation companies, tour operators or hotels, their own cancellation and refund policies will apply. These policies may vary depending on the provider and the type of service booked.
For this reason, we strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes cancellation, trip interruption and unexpected travel expenses.
Before confirming your reservation, we will be happy to explain the applicable conditions for your specific itinerary, so you can travel with confidence and peace of mind.
How far in advance should I book Machu Picchu?
We recommend booking your Machu Picchu experience as early as possible, especially during the high season.
For travel between April and August, we recommend booking approximately 4 to 6 months in advance whenever possible.
Planning ahead gives you a better chance of securing your preferred Machu Picchu entrance time, train schedule, hotel and other services.
It also allows us to design your itinerary carefully and avoid unnecessary last-minute changes.

What happens if my Nazca Lines flight is canceled due to bad weather?
Your safety always comes first. If the Nazca Lines flight cannot operate due to weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control, the flight may be canceled or postponed according to the airline's operational decision.
If the flight is canceled and cannot be rescheduled, you will receive a 95% refund of the amount paid for the flight.
The remaining 5% corresponds to payment processing fees and bank commissions that have already been incurred and cannot be recovered.
We will always do our best to assist you with the available options and make the process as smooth as possible.
Do I get a discount if I book in advance?
Yes! Planning ahead has its advantages.
When you book early, we may be able to offer you special early-booking rates, depending on your itinerary, travel dates and the services included.
Early reservations also give us more flexibility to secure the best available hotels, transportation, tours and entrance tickets for your trip.
