Secure your space before availability runs out
Machu Picchu access and train availability are limited. Early reservation is the best way to secure your preferred date and services.
Reservation & Payment
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the program and confirm the services.
The remaining 50% must be paid 30 days before your travel date.
Cancellation
This program is non-refundable once the reservation has been confirmed, according to the conditions of the contracted travel partners and services.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended and considered essential for protection against cancellations, interruptions or unexpected changes.
Insurance Claims
When applicable, Get2Peru can issue the supporting documentation requested for an insurance claim, such as tickets, reservations and proof of payment.
Rescheduling
Date changes may be possible depending on the individual policies of each travel partner and subject to availability.
