5 Days in Cusco, the Sacred Valley & Machu Picchu
Arrival in Cusco & Ollantaytambo
Upon arrival in Cusco, we will transfer you to the Sacred Valley and continue to Ollantaytambo, one of the most impressive living archaeological towns in Peru.
After checking in at your hotel, you will have time to enjoy lunch on your own. In the afternoon, begin a guided visit of Ollantaytambo and discover its impressive archaeological complex, terraces and historic streets.
Ollantaytambo – Machu Picchu – Aguas Calientes
After breakfast, transfer to the train station to board the train to Aguas Calientes, the gateway to Machu Picchu.
Upon arrival, begin your guided visit to the legendary Machu Picchu Citadel. Discover its temples, terraces and extraordinary architecture while learning about the history and mysteries of this UNESCO World Heritage Site.
After the guided tour, return to Aguas Calientes. You will have free time to enjoy lunch on your own and explore the small town before beginning your return journey by train to Ollantaytambo.

Ollantaytambo – Moray – Pisac or Chinchero – Cusco
After breakfast, begin your journey toward Cusco through the spectacular landscapes of the Sacred Valley.
Along the way, visit Moray, an extraordinary archaeological site known for its circular agricultural terraces. Continue to Pisac or Chinchero, depending on the itinerary and conditions.
In the afternoon, continue to Cusco and check in at your hotel. The rest of the day is free to relax or explore the city at your own pace.

Enjoy a free day in Cusco to relax, explore the city independently or add another unforgettable experience to your itinerary.
You may choose to visit the spectacular Palcoyo or Vinicunca Rainbow Mountain, famous for their colorful Andean landscapes. Another alternative is Humantay Lake, one of the most beautiful natural destinations near Cusco.
Departure from Cusco
After breakfast, enjoy your final moments in Cusco before your scheduled transfer to the airport for your departure flight.
If you choose to visit Palcoyo, Vinicunca or Humantay Lake, your stay can be extended by one additional day.
